Windows 10 Creator update failed - insufficient disk space

Turn off hibernation: (free upto 4 GB space)

1- Run-> CMD-> powercfg -h off 

Delete Software Distribution Download folder:  (free upto 7 GB space)

1-  Run-> CMD (As Administrator).
2- net stop wuauserv.
3- net stop bits.
4- Delete Folder:  C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download".
5- net start wuauserv.
6- net start bits.
7- Restart Windows update assistant.

Delete $GetCurrent Folder: ( free upto 4 GB space)

1- Open File Explorer -> Click on View -> Click on show Hidden files. 
2- Delete the $GetCurrent folder on the Root of C Drive.

Insufficient Disk Space on EFI system reserved partition on the hard disk:

1- Download free MiniTool partition wizard and EXTEND this partition from 100MB to at least 250MB and Ideally 500 MB


Note: Windows 10 Creator update require 14 GB to 16GB of free space on system partition ( C Drive) 

Note: To verify the folders that are currently using more disk space visit www.niniet.com and download the WinDirStat utility.
