Here are the troubleshooting steps.
First, type 'Exit' at the Shell prompt (at that error screen you shared with us), it should boot you into Windows.
Once it boots into Windows then reboot the unit again and enter the BIOS. Next, we need to update the BIOS Boot order, so it boots into Windows properly in the future. Please follow the steps below to enable this:
1. Gain access to the BIOS by tapping the DEL key as soon as you turn on the device. (BIOS Password: 0000)
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate. Navigate to the "Boot" menu.
3. To change Boot order, highlight 'Boot Option #1' by using the arrow keys and press enter. From there you can select from a list of available options.
4. Make sure Boot Option #1 is set to "Windows Boot Manager" or "Hard Disk:Windows Boot Manger".
