Remove Windows Update PopUp

1. Set Active Hours (Prevents Restart Notifications During Business Hours)
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Windows Update
  3. Select Advanced options
  4. Click Active hours
  5. Set your operating hours manually
2. Pause Updates
  1. Go to Settings → Windows Update
  2. Click Pause updates
  3. Choose the maximum available duration (up to 5 weeks)
3. Disable Windows Update Service
  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type: services.msc
  3. Find Windows Update
  4. Right-click → Properties
  5. Set Startup type to Disabled
  6. Click Stop
