Windows Startup Repair - Windows cannot repair this computer automatically

After Frequent power outages or improper shutdown can corrupt windows startup boot record, please follow these steps by attaching  keyboard and mouse to fix it manually: 
  1. click don't send. this will close the top popup windows.
  2. click View advanced options for system recovery and support.
  3. On the Next screen click on "Command prompt.
  4. Type command: bootrec /fixmbr   ( Press Enter on keyboard) 
  5. Type command: bootrec /fixboot ( Press Enter on Keyboard)
  6. Type command: bootrec /rebuildBCD (If this option detects windows installations as asks to "add them to boot list by enter "y" from Keyboard.
  7. Type "exit" and press "Enter" on Keyboard.
