Unable to boot Built-in computer on Samsung 400 FPN-2

  • There is a switch available at the back of Samsung 400 FPN-2, to power on LCD.
  • Press the power button i.e. first button at the bottom of the LCD from left.
  • The LCD comes up with "CMOS" and "Mac Address" message but the builtin computer didn't boot to Windows.
  • This is a known issue on (Samsung 400 FPN-2), if the internet is not working or the Cat 5 cable is not connected the system won't boot.
  • Check both ends of Cat-5 cable i.e. connected to LCD and the Ethernet Switch/Router.
  • Make sure the Ethernet switch and router is connected to the internet.
  • Power off the LCD and power it back on using the switch at the back of the LCD and the power button at the bottom of the LCD/ Remote control.
