Power Saving Feature not working on Windows or Android Media players

The Power saving is not supported on Windows 8/10 or Android OS anymore. As a work around you can use scheduling to play a blank scene or resource on the screen.  

Power saving is still supported for windows 7:

Station: It will power off media player on a clean windows 7 install. i.e. if no third party program installed is blocking it.
Monitor: it will not power off the monitor, it will just cut the signal so monitors will display a no signal message.
