Connection Status Color Code Description

  • Yellow icon: means limited connectivity. that there is a firewall in between the signage player and the server. Any changes will take effect 5-10 minutes for the changes to appear but it will not effect in anyway on the changes you will be making.   • Solid Green icon: means an internet connection without any firewall.
  • Green Circle icon: means the that the Signage controller application is not running in the background.
  • Red Icon: means the Station/ Media Player is not connected to the internet.
