Windows PC media player Loses Screen Orientation and Digital TV Output

It is noticed when Windows OS machine is disconnected from a display and reconnected it loses the graphics settings:

1-  Set the Portrait Orientation by rotating to 270
2- Set Graphics Output to digital TV  instead of Extended Desktop
