What types of content can be played?

Digital signage players can display a number of different media formats and codecs as long as they’re in the correct and recommended format. Following are few but not limited types of the images, videos, and sounds that are supported by our signage players. Each signage player has its own set of compatible media list. Generally, Signage Studio executes image files including JPEG/TIG/GIF/BMP and video/audio files including MP4/SWF/FLV/Xvid.

What actions to be taken if monitor doesn’t shows the content?
Ensure that appropriate input source is selected (most of the cases it is HDMI). Sometimes source cable gets loose or faulty and replacing the cable brings your display back.
New campaign resources not loading on Signage player
Open Signage Studio desktop administrator, go to Stations and Clear player cache. The new content resources will download successfully.
