  Please make sure that number of licences in the signage studio Admin panel are equal to or more than the number of stations added, Its a security check and in such case we are also not able to save the changes to timelines.

  Please check the file extension: The upper case .JPG will not work. Please try saving your file as a lower case .jpg and it will work. As a quick fix you can try using windows paint brush to open and save the file as .jpg.
