How to Publish Local Ads & Proof of Play Reports - Adnet

 AdNet Pre Reqs: 

- Studio Pro Version 6.0 and above
- Signage Player Version 6.0 and above

SOFTWARE SETUP: 

Below are the steps to setup Studio Pro Local AdNet Service

1. AdNet tab has three options. Config, Network and Billing. First click on Config. 


2. In the next step click on Customer and add all the customer info. 


3. Click on Settings in the Properties and enable customer Network. 



4. Click on Rates. 

  • Create a new Rate table by pressing the plus button 
  • Define your rate values to each color code that you want to use. 
  • Apply the color code on the table with respect to time and date. 



5. Click on Targets Tab 

  • Select your Stations one by one 
  • From properties of each station make sure it is enabled 
  • Type should be Station 
  • Rate table should be selected as the one you created. 
  • And you can add any additional information about the station if needed in Keys and Comments. 



6. Open the Network Tab from Left

  • Create a new package as shown in step 1 
  • Set the properties of the package as shown in step 2. Play mode should be assets, Channel needs to be Channel 0, Set the start and end time of the Ads, Select the date and time for the running of the ADs. And Save upload everything. 
  • Drag your resources in the Package from the toolbox as shown in the Step 3. 



7. Select Targets from the Toolbox.

  • Click on the Search button so it can search your local registered stations.
  • Drag the station to the Target's window as shown below.


8. After Saving everything come back to your timeline. Create a Campaign and click on Ad Assets from the Tool Box. 

  • You can either drag the whole package to the timeline or you can drag the each resource in the package separately to give each one different duration. 



9. Just go the Stations tab and play the new Campaign with Adnet components. And you will be good to go. Now lets move to Reporting. 



REPORTING: 

10. Click on Network and then click on Reports. 


11. Here you can select the Stations you want the reports on and you get the below type of reports for that particular station. 

  • Target Report 
  • Content Report 
  • Hourly Report 





12. These reports can be saved and downloaded as CSV files for your records.
