Signage Droid Z5 supports both Online / Offline modes.It does work and play content files without internet connection.
Note: Internet connection is only required when registering Droid Z5 for the 1st time OR to update any changes (Images, Videos etc) published from studio account.
Please follow these steps to download or cache content files e.g Videos, Images etc...
1- Connect
Signage Droid Z5 to a TV with HDMI cable. Power on the device and connect with WIFI / Ethernet cable for internet.

2- Register Signage Droid Z5 with studio account by following the instruction manual. (Please skip this step if registered already)
2- Save and Publish content files (Images, videos etc..) from studio account.
3- Keep Signage Droid Z5 connected with internet to download and play all updated images and videos automatically.
4- Once all files are downloaded and played on screen, disconnect WIFI / Ethernet connection.
Signage Droid Z5 is now ready to play downloaded files without internet. You can take it back to the site (with no internet) and connect with the display.

Please clear signage player cache data under settings if the downloaded content exceeds the available storage space.
