Forgot Password or Change Password for Studio Pro

Step-1: Launch the Signage Studio desktop application and click on Forgot Password.

Step-2: Enter your account email address & press the Reset Button. 

Step-3: Check your inbox for the temporary password

Step-4: Change your Password :  Relaunch Signage Studio desktop application & click on Change Password

Step-5: Enter your account email with the Current/old password and enter the new password. Click on Change button.
